Duties Prepare company and group financial statements Prepare and submit National Treasury Template Preparing AFS and Tax returns for rehabilitation trust Review Recons and manage staff Prepare and submit tax returns for Alexkor Assist with Integrated Report Prepare quarterly reports for submission to National Treasury Prepare budgeting and cash flow analysis Manage end-to-end finance function Submission of VAT returns Compile month end and quarter end management reports Year-end account closure preparation Prepare Tax Returns Responsible for coordination of the internal and external audit Oversee Supply Management and ensure adequate controls Attend Exco and manage submissions Adhoc finance request Qualifications and experience required Qualified CA(SA) Mining and SOC/SOE experience an advantage 4 years post articles PFMA experience Familiar with Treasury regulations and reporting requirements Previous experience in supervising staff Exposure to attending Exco and strategic meetings Preferable will a candidate who is able to speak, read and write in English and Afrikaans Competencies: Ability to work under pressure, Ability to multi-task. Technical Ability; High level of professional; Ability to work over time; Good report writing skills; Ability to work with a diverse team.
