Job Purpose: To provide Human Capital Management (HCM) support in respect of the designated operational responsibilities for the Agrément Human Capital Management Division, inclusive but not limited to Human Capital Development and Talent Management, Organisational Development, Remuneration & Benefits, HR Administration, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employment Equity, Records Management and Facilities and Occupational Health and Safety.
