CENTRAL OFFICE
Senior Admin Clerk: Programmer/ Technician
Salary: Min R152 862 (plus 37% in lieu of benefits) per annum (Salary Level 5)

Minimum Requirements A Grade 12 or An NC (V) Level 4 or N6 Certificate or Diploma / Degree in Information Technology), A + and/or N+ Qualification. Ability to perform programming will be an added advantage.
Duties: The incumbent must have experience in working on servers and desktops, doing hardware and software installations, etc. Assist desktop users by troubleshooting problems with hardware and software and provide appropriate solutions. Assist with the monitoring and performing ICT security checks on the network. Install and maintain anti-viruses software. Provide users with network access according to instructions provided by the management. Handle data backup activities by ensuring appropriate running of backup servers and drives. Duties: Human Resource Administration: Administer the process of appointing and terminating employees. Provide clerical assistance in scheduling interviews and taking down minutes. Administer the employee benefits scheme. Provide payroll information by collecting time and attendance records. Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing and analysing data. Duties: Capturing of data on supplier database and requisitions on Thusanang (MIS). Register received application forms to register on the database, register requests, source quotations from the suppliers as per specifications, ensure that standard bidding documents are obtained & fully completed by the suppliers and attached to transactions before capturing requests. Verify details of suppliers against database of restricted companies maintained by National Treasury. Assist in timeous payments to the suppliers.

Minimum requirements A Grade 12 or An NC (V) Level 4 or N6 Certificate or Diploma / Degree in Finance or equivalent qualification with finance related subjects. Transactional experience of the financial systems, specifically relating to posting accounting entries • Knowledge of the public sector and its financial accounting regulatory and legislative framework and payments and receipting procedures Experience in the administration of creditors and payments.
Duties. Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services. Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures. Prepare, verify, and process invoices and coding payment documents. Prepare batches of invoices for data entry. Data enter invoices for payment. Process backup reports after data entry. Manage the weekly cheque run. Record all cheques. Prepare vendor cheques for mailing. List all vendor cheques in the log book. Prepare manual cheques as and when required. Maintain listing of accounts receivable and payable. Maintain the general ledger. Maintain updated vendor files and file numbers
Senior Admin Clerk: Student Centre Administration
Salary: Min R152 862 (plus 37% in lieu of benefits) per annum (Salary Level 5)

Good record keeping and administrative skills. Good planning, time management and communication skills. Ability to pay attention to detail. Excellent computer skills in MS Word and MS Excel.
Duties: Render general administration support services, including typing, filing, reception and switchboard duties. Deal with the collection, duplication and distribution of information and documents. Maintain records and management information. Deal with arrangements for meetings, Arrange meetings of stakeholders for the department. Follow-up on enquiries related to placement of students. Ensure proper filling of department documents. Telephone and email enquire.
Senior Admin Clerk: Assets Control and Management
Salary: Min R152 862 (plus 37% in lieu of benefits) per annum (Salary Level 5)

Minimum requirements: A Grade 12 or An NC (V) Level 4 or N6 Certificate or Diploma / Degree / Degree in Finance. Relevant experience in assets management will be an added advantage.
Duties: Responsible for stock taking. Maintenance of assert register. Participating in stock takes and asset audits. Responsible for receiving and dispatching of stock. Report on missing and broken assets. Knowledge of the public sector and its regulatory and legislative framework. Proven computer literacy, including knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
