KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor and oversee the FFC renewal functions • Oversee the customer service rendered to all clients. • Attend to all complaints regarding the issuing of Fidelity Fund Certificates and follow up on pending complaints STAKEHOLDER MANAGER OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY Reporting to the Executive Manager: Corporate Services, the successful incumbent will manage the stakeholder engagement and provide a comprehensive stakeholder engagement service to support the achievement of EAAB's business strategy and to manage its brand including the positioning of the organisation within its industry. REQUIREMENTS A tertiary qualification in Management, Marketing, Awareness, Stakeholder Management or any other equivalent qualification. Digital stakeholder engagement in particular e-commerce and web design knowledge is preferable. Five to eight years' brand management, customer liaison and corporate communications experience is essential. Experience in communicating with various stakeholders of all levels including both public and private stakeholders is required. Experience in dealing and negotiating with senior business, political and community representatives is advantageous. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement the stakeholder engagement plan; manage the development and implementation of the stakeholder management plan; ensure a clear purpose of association of all stakeholders by their segmentation. Oversee new product development and conduct stakeholder research; Initiate and implement interventions to increase/improve EAAB's revenue, brand awareness, image and loyalty; Perform general functional management and administrative activities such as preparing reports, Budget Planning and Control, people management, Team Performance; People Development. Manage the customer loyalty programme. KEY KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Proficiency in verbal and written communication. Knowledge and understanding of social media advertising Demonstrated effectiveness working with all levels of employees in the organisation. Expertise in data driven campaign activity as well as database management & segmentation. Results driven with very strong ability to analyse quantitative data to determine program effectiveness, ROI, forecasting. Ability to set and control budgets. Research and analytical skills. Brand management and brand development skills. Ability to design websites, newsletter templates, advertisements and posters, as well as end-to end publication and production process. Registration Supervisor X 2 OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY Reporting to the Registration Manager, the successful incumbent will coordinate activities related to registration and issuing of Fidelity Fund Certificates. Responsible for the direct supervision of the Registration team. REQUIREMENTS A diploma or certificate in Administration or equivalent qualification. Two (2) years functional experience in registration services. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor and oversee the help desk as the first point of the entry within the Registration Services • Oversee the customer service rendered to all clients. • Attend to all complaints regarding the issuing of Fidelity Fund Certificates and follow up on pending complaints. PROVINCIAL INSPECTORS X 6 (KZN, WESTERN CAPE, EASTERN CAPE, NORTHERN CAPE, LIMPOPO & MPUMALANGA) OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY Perform inspections of estate agents efficiently and effectively and monitor their compliance with Property Practitioners Act and related legislation. Select estate agencies to complete online Self-Assessment Questionnaire and analyse reports received. To implement operational strategies and strategic plans for the inspections department. To develop procedures and process to ensure efficient and effective functioning of inspections overall processes. Assist in the elimination of estate agents trading illegally by launching an investigation after receiving reports of estate agents trading illegally. Provide inputs into investigation, disciplinary and any dispute resolution cases and to report to executive manager on contraventions noted on inspections conducted and analysis of Self-Assessments Reports. REQUIREMENTS An appropriate diploma or certificate or equivalent NQF level qualification. Four years proven track record with previous experience in inspections, knowledge of the legislation in particular the Property Practitioners Act and other legislative compliance such as FICA, SAQA educational standard, Property Sector Council BBBEE. Previous experience in debt collection and litigation will be an advantage. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Conducting inspections • Compiling inspections report • Liaising and follow up on remedial action taken as advised by the Manager • Investigation of illegally trading Estate Agents • Selecting firms to complete Self-Assessment Questionnaire • Compiling Self-Assessment Report • Manage own Performance and Development ICT MANAGER OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY To provide a comprehensive ICT functionality and service by developing and implementing ICT strategy, architecture (incorporating commercial, front end and operational systems), business application solutions and ICT standards, policies and procedures. REQUIREMENTS • An NQF 8 in ICT or similar is required • A minimum of 5 - 8 years management experience at strategic level within an ICT function • Corporate governance of public entities and a working knowledge of applicable legislation and regulations • The incumbent must have the experience in developing and implementing business systems and ICT projects • Legislation applicable to EAAB including PFMA, POPI Act, Electronic Communication Act and Companies Act • Sound understanding of business procedures, rules and processes • Good leadership skills KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide Customer Service and ICT support to CEO, management team and staff (Managed relationships and networks) • Develop, Implement and Monitor ICT Strategy, Policy and Procedures for the EAAB • Develop and Implement ICT Security and monitoring system • Develop, deliver and administer ICT programmes, systems and applications (Including SAP) • Manage service level agreements (SLA's) with and performance levels of contractors / service providers of ICT related services. • Manage ICT.
