ADMINISTRATION FILING CLERK (HEAD OFFICE) OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY To lead and direct the Finance and Administration functions by ensuring the development and implementation of appropriate policies, processes, procedures, guidelines and systems. To ensure the provision of effective finance, procurement, investment management and office administrative support services to enable the EAAB to achieve its overall strategic objectives whilst receiving unqualified audit reports recognizing the EAAB for its level of compliance and sound financial management and corporate governance practices. LEGAL OFFICER (CAPE TOWN) OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY To provide a legal service by reviewing and investigating complaints against Estate Agents, providing the Disciplinary Committee with legal opinion regarding complaints, facilitating disciplinary action against the respondents, in order to ensure compliance to the Act and the Code of Conduct. REQUIREMENTS • Legal qualification (LLB) or equivalent qualification, • Must be an admitted attorney. • At least 3 years experience in a legal environment or a similar position. • Proven ability to compile high quality legal opinions. • Prior experience in a property legal environment is an added advantage. Good knowledge of property law, contract law and all other legislation impacting on EAAB. • Knowledge of Legal processes and procedures. • Good communication, interpersonal, and organizing skills. • Business Acumen, results and stakeholderorientation. • MS Office package.
