KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: •Support the Management and Team as well as serve as a resource and information source on operational and functional matters •Provide information using judgment, knowledge and interpretations to ensure proper handling of confidential and sensitive matters •Schedule and coordinate meetings and manage the Manager's schedule •Minutes taking in meetings •Office management and administration in the absence of the Executive Manager •Review incoming and outgoing correspondence and materials directed to the Executive Manager and bring significant items to his/her attention •Independently compose important and confidential correspondence, requiring broad knowledge of the organisation •Balance business needs with management/team's needs •Manage travel arrangements •Manage own performance and development. PROVINCIAL TRANSFORMATION ADMINISTRATORS X2 (Gauteng, Western Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, Eastern Cape, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North West, Northern Cape and Free State) OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY: To coordinate the work of the EAAB by being the key catalyst between the intern and the principals in the Estate Agency industry to be the point of interface to detect challenges and identify solutions thereto, drive industry transformation by assessing the needs of interns ensuring proper preparation for success in examinations thus ultimately removing the barriers of entry into the real estate industry. REQUIREMENTS:•A post Matric qualification •At least 2 years administrative/relevant working experience •Knowledge of the Estate Agents Acts •Experience in compiling reports •Good interpersonal, organising and typing skills •Strong community involvement background •Quality focus and attention to detail •Ms Office package •Organisation awareness •Results orientation •Stakeholder orientation •Resilience •Emotional intelligence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:•Ongoing interaction with the Estate Agents Interns and the EAAB •Onsite visits to the Estate Agents Interns at their place of employment •Ongoing monitoring of developments provincially in the sphere of real estate •Preparing and presentation of monthly reports •Facilitation of solutions where challenges are encountered •Participation in the recruitment of one-learner interns intake. ICT MANAGER OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY:To provide a comprehensive ICT functionality and service by developing and implementing ICT strategy, architecture, business application solutions and ICT standards, policies and procedures which are integrated and innovative in facilitating access to business information for both internal and external users and to ensure that the EAAB ICT hardware and software optimises organisational performance and capacity to effectively achieve the overall EAAB strategic objectives. REQUIREMENTS: •An IT/Computer Science degree •5-8 years experience in the management of IC/ICT -Proven track record as an ICT strategist with experience in network management, programming and system administration •Thorough knowledge of the latest developments in the IT industry •Experience in the development and roll-out of SAP •Business acumen and entrepreneurial thinking • Leadership, project management and communication skills •Financial acumen and results orientation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: •Provide customer service and ICT support to EAAB • Develop, implement and monitor ICT strategy, policy and procedures for the EAAB • Develop and implement ICT security and monitoring system •Ensure effective ICT platform and infrastructure •Develop, deliver and administer ICT programmes, systems and applications (Including SAP) •Manage service level agreements and performance levels of contractors/service providers of ICT related services • Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and procedures •Manage ICT operations •Develop and monitor ICT budget •Manage staff.
