The successful candidate will be expected to make a major contribution in Departmental and Academic Administration as it relates to the Thuthuka programme at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. This would mean working closely with the Departmental Programme officer to align strategies at a project level as well as departmental level. The successful candidate will be required to perform in the following key areas: Report writing: o Assist with the compiling of reports and providing of statistical information for submission to the Thuthuka Management committee. Meeting Administration: o Arranging meetings between funders and the project team o Diarising and creating dates for quarterly meetings, collating information from all stakeholders, arranging logistics.
