Provide professional advice to management in human resources related matters, including but not limited to labour relations. Position the Human Resources as a strategic function within ITAC. Review and ensure alignment to HR related policies and procedures in line with the strategy and all relevant legislation. The HR functions include but are not limited to: Job profiling, Recruitment and Selection, HR payroll, HR strategic planning, Budget review and control, Training and Development (including leveraging reputable online learning sources), Organisational development and Performance management.
Recommended candidates will be subjected to competency assessments and reference checks. ITAC is an equal opportunity employer.
