Skills and Specifications: The Provincial General Manager is a senior manager in the Working on Fire programme and requires the necessary experience and training to provide the leadership and management to a provincial management and the firefighter teams in the province. The Provincial General Manager must possess excellent reporting writing, communication and public skills, good negotiating, logistic and management skills, sound knowledge of organisational policies, relevant legislative and regulatory prescripts and a professional and ethical approach to work.
