Applications are invited from suitably qualified, experienced individuals for the Pretoria-based position of: Technical Officer – Sanitation Unit (Ref TO: SU) (16 Month Contract)
The Technical Officer will be responsible for providing technical and project support to the Project Sanitation Unit. This will include providing research and project management and implementation support, developing and updating relevant database to monitor the Non-Sewered Sanitation System (NSSS) industry development, and evaluating and analysing project reports linkages to other science technology and innovation areas. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for repackaging of knowledge and Knowledge Dissemination (science reports for stakeholders) and providing marketing and communication support for the programme and innovators.
