• Perform monthly, and annual reports and tasks as policies and procedures indicate • Architect, design, implement, support, and maintain security protocols and policies to TIHMC personnel • Login calls with Third Parties and other service providers and following up on a regular basis • Conduct monthly server patch management • Conduct monthly billing reports to finance and helpdesk reports to ICT manager • Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments including computer hardware, systems software, applications software and all configurations • Monitor the performance of computer systems and antivirus software, coordinate computer network access and use to TIHMC employees • Administrating and support on exchange 2013, Mimecast, active directory, VPN and RDP • Research technologies for possible implementation • Prepare purchase requisitions and provide specifications to SCM on ICT equipment and software and • Proactive monitoring of all helpdesk infrastructure.
Qualifications, experience and skills requirements: The position requires possession of an A+, N+ qualifications, plus 4 to 5 years’ experience within corporate ICT environment, have strong knowledge of Windows7/10 and office2010/13. Supporting of printers, active directory and Windows operating systems. Knowledge on Windows server environments beneficial “MCSE”, plus strong organisational skills (able to manage various tasks and projects simultaneously), proficiency at an advanced level in Microsoft platform, excellent communication skills, time management skills-ability to prioritise and adhere to deadlines and meticulous attention to detail with accuracy.
HANDYMAN Reporting to the Building and Facilities Manager the purpose of this position is to undertake maintenance work in line with prescribed industry standards. The responsibilities include: Monthly completion of tenant score card with regards to efficiency • Conduct maintenance and interact with the guests, tenants, clients and the general public with tact and a helpful attitude • Performing maintenance, repairs, renovations, and operations of buildings, equipment, and systems for the purpose of asset preservation and providing a safe and functional environment • Diagnoses malfunctions and determines repairs, service, and/or maintenance requirements of equipment and facilities for the purpose of ensuring proper operations • Performs recordkeeping functions and processes data for the purpose of assigning work, tracking resources, and documenting activities • Responds to emergency situations for the purpose of resolving immediate safety, operations, and logistical concerns • Identify the fault utilising the necessary diagnostics and diagnostic tools • Consult the relevant work instructions/procedures and Senior Maintenance Technician to determine the repair actions required • Repair faults as prescribed by Senior Maintenance Technician or escalate to for a solution • Test the solution to ensure that functionality is restored and confirm with Senior Maintenance Technician • Monitor the solution for functionality and give feedback to the Senior Maintenance Technician • Document results for future reference purposes in accordance with prescribed format; and • Conduct maintenance within allocated time frames • Pool Vehicle Management • Working with Senior Maintenance Technician to manage all site contractors e.g. gardening etc • Collecting Post and Parcels from the post office/ Delivering of Documents around Gauteng • Undertake reactive maintenance tasks and repairs as identified during the daily site inspections • Attend to all TIHMC maintenance requirement.
Qualifications, experience and skills requirements: The position requires possession of N3 qualification and valid Driver’s License ; At least 3 years’ relevant hands-on building maintenance experience (general building, electrical, plumbing and mechanical); Experience in managing files and records; Experienced in doing similar task to finish; Relevant trade qualification will be advantageous; Knowledge of the methods, material, tools, equipment, safety hazards and the safety precautions, used in building management is a definite requirement; Physical knowledge of building floor layout/plans; Understanding of health and safety methods.
