Perform ad hoc tasks • Perform any reasonable tasks as and when required by the Line Manager Qualifications: • Higher Certificate in Insurance/ Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance Experience: • 2 – 3 years’ experience in a Claims position of short-term Insurance company • Strong Non-motor experience preferable Knowledge: • Sound knowledge of claims procedures • Basic understanding of claims analysis and settlement • Understanding relevant legislation • Understanding Sasria regulations, policies and procedures Technical Skills: • Good planning and organising skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • MS Office • Good time management skills • Claims Procedures (IMS) • Business Written Communication Skills (emails, letters, memos, reports) • Negotiation Attributes and Values: • Administration • Analytical thinking • Business Writing • Claims Management • Customer service • Communication • Interpersonal skills • Liability analysis Demographics:
