Communication skills: Top content innovation skills. Excellent writing skills is a prerequisite as the incumbent will frequently have to produce marketing and advertising content in collaboration with other experts. The incumbent will further require excellent speaking skills. Manage internal relationships with the RTIA executives, management and collaborators.
Project management skills: As a Project Manager, the appointed candidate will have to work with a budget, meet deadlines for multiple projects and ensure ROI on all social media campaigns. The incumbent will need to manage the organisation’s social media output effectively. Numerical skills: An additional critical factor favoured, the project manager need to be good with numbers. The incumbent will need to acquire data and use it to target selected groups, as well as analyse the success or otherwise of campaigns. Duties: * Manage and Build the RTIA/AARTO brand identity * Manage the development, editing and proof reading marketing and communication content * Management of the RTIA content team * Formulation of an RTIA/AARTO cross platform content plan * Real-time social media monitoring analytics and management * Management of social media response strategy in terms of RTIA guidelines * Innovate and produce daily content for all campaigns * Manage and provide editorial, innovative and technical support to the content team * Collaborate with team experts for track web analytics for content engagement levels * Collaborate with other experts to manage content across all communication and media platforms * Working with and managing internal client projects, meetings, statuses and expectations * Performing research on industry influencers, trends, and competitors * Media content creation and moderation * Working with the Deputy Registrar: Strategy Development, Monitoring & Evaluation to help manage and oversee client day-to-day projects * Attend internal meetings and potential client meetings such as campaign planning, media strategy, creative presentations, reporting etc. Strategic & creative input will then be required to ensure the highest calibre of work is delivered to the client * Preparing creative briefs, proposals and status reports and ensuring clients expectations are managed throughout the project life cycle * Work with other departments/individuals to ascertain timetables, pursue estimate approval and follow the project through actual production and final presentation * Interact with the creative process to help drive and meet deadlines * Develop a strong understanding of the brand’s company, category and consumer segments to define opportunities to advance the business.
