* Replenish bathroom supplies and polish metalwork, such as fixtures and fittings * Sweep, mop, vacuum floors using brooms, mops and vacuum cleaners * Dust furniture, equipment, partitions, etc. * Empty bins in and take refuse bags to the incinerator * Clean rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture, using vacuum cleaner (hip or back pack) * Wash walls and woodwork, windows, door panels, partitions, sills, etc. * Replenish stocks relating to general beverages e.g. coffee, tea, milk, sugar, etc. as well as cleaning equipment e.g. washing cloths, dusters, polish, etc. * Report to the Manager for the replacements of stock proactively so as to ensure that RTIA never runs out and never has to wait for stocks to arrive * Customer service and support the optimization of the section; * Keep up to date with new development and changes within your own area * Engage in problem solving and continuous improvement to maximise the output of the area * Adhere to principles of customer care orientated environment in the section * Ensure a safe and clean working environment and adhere to OHS requirements.
