KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide support to the Chief Marketing Officer in the development of the Proudly South African annual operational events and activations plan; • Evaluate effectiveness of events, activations and related activities and recommend improvements, where required; • Roll-out marketing events and activations; • Research, objective setting, developing marketing briefs, briefing agencies and other suppliers, overseeing the creative and related production process, as well as monitoring and evaluating the results of implemented events and activations; • Identifying and selecting promotional options; • Ensuring that approved marketing campaigns are effectively and efficiently executed in that the overall objectives are achieved, deadlines are met, and budgets are managed effectively; • Source sponsorships for campaigns; • To work with the appropriate teams and staff members within Proudly South African to develop and build ownership of plans in order to ensure that implementation is seamless and integrated into relevant operational plans; • To be well informed of developments in the marketing industry by talking to other organizations, attending forums, following developments and monitoring and introducing latest industry trends and best practices; • Project Management and Reporting of all events and activations. HR AND SUPPORT MANAGER Proudly South African invites applications from suitably and highly driven candidate for its recently re-graded and vacant position: (3 Year Renewable Contract) REMUNERATION PACKAGE (R700k — R800k per annum TCTC) MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent • Appropriate recognized post- graduate qualification, will serve as an advantage • Minimum 10 years' experience as an HR generalist • Extensive experience in overall HR administration • The HR and Support Manager will be primarily responsible for the implementation and continuous reassessment of the organisation's HR strategy, in order to ensure that the organisation reaches its strategic business objectives on an ongoing basis. The incumbent will primarily be responsible for the following: • Development of HR Strategy and Operational Plans; • Appropriate Staffing of the Organisation; • Overall Management of the HR and Administration Department; Ensure compliance with applicable laws regulating Employment Equity; • Personnel Management and Administration, including Leave Administration; • Benefits Management and Administration; • Performance Management for the organisation; • Staff Development; • Payroll Management and statutory compliance with all applicable legislation; Development of a Staff Retention Strategy; • Occupational Health and Safety; • Pool Cars Management, Travel Management, Reception services and Company Logistics Management; as well as required Reporting.
