PERFORMING ARTS CENTRE OF THE FREE STATE (PACOFS) STAGE SERVICES MANAGER All-Inclusive Salary R 571 604 – R 850 503
• Oversee the delivery of stage management services for all productions including the daily setting up and smooth running of rehearsals and performances;
• Ensure all work undertaken by the Stage Services Management Department complies with the Health & Safety policy and practices and with current Health and Safety Legislation; • Ensure the implementation of employment terms for stage management and freelance / contract staff; • Together with the Artistic Manager, manage a well-organised, clean, efficient and safe working environment in those areas used by stage management; • Monitor and control overtime as required and take responsibility for the processing of timesheets for the acting company and stage management; • Enter into performance contracts with staff and performance regularly; • Compile annual plans, budgets and quarterly reports. Please note: The above-mentioned salary range is all-inclusive and the entry level is only negotiable if the incumbent’s current earning is above the entry level.
