This is an executive role entrusted with providing comprehensive strategic oversight and direction to the Parliamentary Core Business Support Division. This role is accountable for enhancing the operational effectiveness and institutional integrity of the core functions of Parliament through the provision of comprehensive support to Committees. This support cuts across the core functions of Parliament ensuring alignment with constitutional mandates and democratic principles. This role plays a pivotal part in strengthening the institutional performance and democratic credibility of Parliament by ensuring that its core functions are fully supported, seamlessly coordinated, and constitutionally grounded. The Division Manager directly oversees the following key portfolios: Parliamentary Committees Support; Public Participation Coordination and Facilitation, and Liaison with the Office of the Leader of Government Business. This includes the facilitation of public information and education, mobilization of relevant stakeholders, and organizing feedback sessions with the Members of Parliament.
