DUTIES: Reporting to the MEC for Social Development the incumbent will provide strategic and operational support to the Office of the Executive Authority, Service as the Accounting Officer of the Department as prescribed in the Public Finance Management Act and Service as the Head of Department as prescribed in the Public Service Act Public Service Act. Manage and Oversee Integrated Developmental Social Services, District Social Welfare and Community Development Services, Infrastructure Development Management Service and the provision of Quality Assurance Services.
