DUTIES: Reporting to the MEC of Agricultural and Rural Development, the incumbent will the incumbent will provide strategic and operational support to the Office of the Executive Authority, Serve as the Accounting Officer as prescribed in the Public Finance Management Act and Serve as the Head of Department as prescribed in the Public Service Act Public Service Act. Manage and Oversee Agricultural Regulatory and Technical Services, Agricultural Development and Farmer Support Services and Integrated Rural Development Services and Provide technical support on Public Private Partnership projects.
