NATIONAL LOTTERIES COMMISSION (NLC) The National Lotteries Commission (NLC) is a statutory body established in terms of the Lotteries Act (Act 57 of 1997), as amended with the purpose of regulating the South African Lotteries and Administering of the National Lottery Distribution Trust Fund (NLDTF). Suitably qualified prospective candidates are invited to submit their applications to fill the following positions. THE NATIONAL LOTTERIES COMMISSION (NLC) STUDENT INTERNS PROGRAMME – 2020/21 The National Lotteries Commission has eight (8) Student interns’ opportunities available for a 24-month period. The Student Interns will receive a monthly stipend for the duration of the programme. The successful student interns will be placed in the following divisions and Provincial Offices of the NLC.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS INTERNSHIP? TVET APPLICATIONS Additional to the above-mentioned qualifications, the applicants must be: • Between 18 and 35 years old • Must have completed N4, N5 and N6 Certificate of Achievement or National Higher Diploma • Unemployed Students who require 18 months Experiential Training • Applicant has never participated in an internship or Learnership programme • South African Citizen UNDERGRAD AND/OR POST GRAD APPLICATIONS Additional to the above-mentioned qualifications, the applicants must be: • Between 18 and 35 years old • Unemployed graduates who has never participated in an internship programme • South African Citizen Interested applicants should send: • One (1) page letter of motivation and clearly indicate your preferred placement province/department, • Curriculum vitae (3-5 pages), certified copies of ID document, Senior Certificate (Matric), and post matric qualifications including transcript of academic record.
