SALARY PACKAGE: R313 900.00 – R392 375.00 CTC

Manage the diary and calendar of the CEO
Receive and distribute correspondence to relevant stakeholders
Ensure effective maintenance of the CEO’s office space
Prepare and type requested documentation and correspondence
Compile and consolidate reports
Manage document flow, filing, safety and custody in the Office of the CEO
Quality check documents
Prepare meeting packs and documents required
Attend to meeting logistics (catering, venue arrangements, invitations)
Ensure distribution of minutes
Ensure that all meeting records are updated and archived accordingly
Ability to maintain confidentiality as an attribute is a requirement for successful functioning in the position
Perform general office duties such as ordering office supplies and maintaining records
Arranging of internal and external stakeholder meetings
Strong administrative, organisational and general office management skills
When required, travel with the CEO to meetings and events, and to take minutes of such meetings
Follow through instructions effectively and must have the ability to prioritise workloads
Executive level written and verbal communication skills
Computer literate (MS Office)
Effective time management
Ability to work under pressure and with very little supervision
Accuracy and attention to detail
KNOWLEDGE, ATTRIBUTES AND SKILLS
Sound analytical, initiative and problem-solving skills
Interpersonal, listening and communication skills
Effective telephone etiquette
