Ensure the provision of risk-based auditing on all matters relating to Institutional Governance, Risk Management, Internal Control for votes 4, 6 & 8 client portfolio and in accordance with the approved Internal Audit Charter and Branch Plans. Prepare the quarterly progress report to the Deputy Director at the end of each quarter. Ensure the implementation of relevant Cluster Audit Committee resolutions and prepare a Cluster AC Resolution and Briefing Report for Chief Director review. Ensure implementation of the Quality Assurance Improvement Plan (QAIP) for each project for votes 4 6 & 8. Provide the outcomes of the internal audit services.
