KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS • Manage the financial planning, budgeting and reporting; • Manage the roll-over, adjustment estimates (ENE), and virement process • Expenditure management, in line with policies and procedures • Manage the implementation of policies and procedures for payment of invoices • Compile interim and annual financial statements in line with PFMA and National Treasury Regulations. • Manage the payroll/debt systems and take accountability for the performance • Develop, implement and maintain processes to ensure proper control of work • Develop, implement and monitor work systems and processes to ensure efficient and effective function • Manage performance, conduct and discipline of staff • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports • Manage development and Implementation of Annual Operational Plan (AOP) for the Sub-Division. • Manage and provide leadership to the sub-division. • Effectively and efficiently manage all the resources allocated to the Sub-Division.
