INDEPENDENT ELECTORAL COMMISSION (IEC) MANAGER: ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT & PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT - National Office (Centurion - Tshwane) [Ref: NO-0246] Employment:Permanent Location:National Office Remuneration:Inclusive remuneration package of R 1, 131, 822.00 per annum Overview The purpose of this position is to plan, direct and co-ordinate the operations of Division: Organisational Development & Performance Management, plan and maintain systems and procedures for operating efficiency, manage staff for optimum performance. This position reports to the General Manager: Human Resource Management.

More Information Applicants must be a South African citizen, who has not had a prominent political profile in the last 5 years.
