PROVINCIAL MANAGER – NORTH WEST (MAHIKENG) The provincial Manager will manage the provincial office, satellite office, resources and SETA Programmes, which includes ongoing capacity building of stakeholders; Evaluation and Quality assurance; accreditation of training providers. Site visit validations and mobilising constituencies; WSP and Skills planning in the province. Minimum requirements: Degree in Education, Training and Development and Human Resources Development. Driver’s Licence and own vehicle. 6 – 8 years’ experience in skills development environment. 5 years at supervisory level or 5 years in Provincial Officer role. Duties include: assisting and resolving of customer queries; project management; filling; assistance with WSP/ATR/accreditation. Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training and Development, Human Resources Development; Driver’s Licence and own vehicle and 4 – 6 years in Training and Development or Human Resources Development. Minimum requirements: Master’s degree and Driver’s Licence. 5 – 7 years research experience of which 3 years is at management level; with a track record of good quality research.
