SNR. HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: • A three-year qualification. B Degree • 3 years HR generalist experience KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: • Ensure timeous and accurate processing of payroll and benefits documentation • Implement appropriate learning and development interventions to meet business needs and ensure ongoing performance • Coordinate the approval and signing of study assistance forms prior to submission to Finance for payment • Conduct quality assurance on performance management documents • Assist the HR Manager in the implementation of the recruitment strategy by determining correct staffing numbers, skills and needs to meet the organisation's recruitment objective • Confirm that the position to be filled has been approved and graded and is reflected on the structure • Coordinate response handling and draw up a shortlist of potential candidates • Ensure the offers of employment are in-line with remuneration principles • Ensure that HR records meet the audit requirements • Monitor and advise employees on provident fund matters on an annual basis • Job profiles to be updated and maintained • Prepare case files and coordinate Labour related activities • Liaise with HR Management on Labour related administration matters. • Assist with Facilities Management BUSINESS ANALYST MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: A Three-year qualification. B Degree/ Diploma in Information Technology/Information System or equivalent plus a Business analytics/Process Certificate. 5 years' business analyst/business process management experience KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: •Contribute to the development and implementation of Information Technology plans, programs, policies and procedures of IT Systems Life-Cycle Management. • Review, analyse and create detailed documentation of business systems and user needs, including workflow, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs • Update and maintain business process documents and system configurations • Liaise with IT personnel and business partners to identify and maximise opportunities to use information and technology to improve product, service and/or program business processes. • Develop and implement relevant system policies and update on an annual basis • Liaise with internal departments to understand project concept, objectives and approach • Create and maintain project schedules by developing project plans and specifications, estimating time requirements, establishing deadlines, monitoring milestone completion, and tracking all phases of the project product/service lifecycle • Develop and implement adequate security and access controls for all business systems. • Maintain capacity and availability management of all business systems and supported IT infrastructure. • Monitor and review system logs for errors and systems performance against bench mark standards.
