DUTIES : Process all valid invoices within 30 days. Ensure that cashier, banking, debt management, monitoring and reporting services are rendered. DUTIES : Coordinate (synergise), review and execute the bidding process, provide secretariat services to the Bid Evaluation Committee and Bid Adjudication Committee (includes obtaining approval.
