A valid driver’s License. DUTIES : Manage the departmental bidding and adjudication process in line with relevant policies and standard operating procedures. Develop, implement, communicate and monitor Departmental supply chain management policies and procedures. Review tender reports and ensure full compliance with requirements and evaluation criteria set in the bid documents. Compile and determine the Department procurement plan for sourcing of relevant commodities. Facilitate the development of request for proposal. Provide secretariat support to the Bid Adjudication Committee. Ensure proper contract management for all contracts procured through the supply chain management policy of the Department.
