MANAGEMENT ECHELON DEPUTY DIRECTOR-GENERAL: TRANSVERSAL SERVICES REF NO: REFS/004115 SALARY: R1 446 378 per annum (all inclusive package which can be structured according to the individual’s needs) CENTRE: Johannesburg REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 plus an undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 7) and a post graduate qualification (NQF Level 8) in Public Administration/ Management/ Human Resources/ Law/ Communications as recognized by SAQA. At least 8-10 years’ experience at Senior Management level. Extensive working knowledge of the public sector. Knowledge, experience and understanding of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and related frameworks. Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets. Oversee integrity management services. Co-ordinate risk and business continuity.
