• Previous experience in debt collection and litigation will be an advantage
• Good understanding of business operational systems, • Good management skills and interpersonal skills. • Business Acumen and industry knowledge • Operational processes and procedures • Some knowledge of examination and assessment of qualification KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage the effective and efficient FFC registration processes. • Ensure the effective record management process of registration related documentations information. • Manage the deregistration process of entities. • Optimisation and management of the Registrations Department operations • Manage the provision of an efficient and effective client's query resolution on registration related matters. • Financial and Budget Management Preference will be given to candidates whose appointment will enhance representivity.
