ESTATE AGENCY AFFAIRS BOARD (EAAB) VACANCY: EXECUTIVE MANAGER - TRANSFORMATION (HEAD OFFICE) 5 Year Fixed Term Performance – Based
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop the Annual Performance Plan (APP) and operational plans by identifying key projects, activities and inputs, setting targets and compiling the APP and operational plans annually Transformation Management by developing the transformation plan, identifying transformation projects, engaging with strategic business unit leaders and securing their support, appointing service providers, setting project targets, tracking implementation, identifying challenges and implementing corrective action • Source funding for transformation projects by identifying potential funders and donors, preparing funding proposals, engaging with funders, agreeing funding projects, signing funding agreements and allocating funding to projects • Project Management by reporting on transformation progress, reviewing project progress, tracking transformation impact and effectiveness, drafting reports and distributing to relevant stakeholders, donors, funders and parties monthly and as required. Preference will be given to employment equity candidates whose appointment will enhance representivity.
