ESTATE AGENCY AFFAIRS BOARD (EAAB) VACANCY: CALL CENTRE AGENT X 5 12 MONTHS FIXED TERM CONTRACT (HEAD OFFICE)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Obtain client/customer information by answering telephone calls,investigating, evaluating and settling customer complaints promptly • Professionally andarticulately communicate with customers • Follow up and provide updates and progressreports to clients • Escalate queries or complaints to line manager if not resolved within areasonable time • Log all telephonic and general queries on SAP and allocate to the relevantdepartment • Monitor service quotas for service volumes and timeliness. Preference will be given to employment equity candidates whose appointment will enhance representivity.
