At least 4 years appropriate experience in the TVET Sector, At least 5 years appropriate experience in curriculum management; Trained Assessor and Moderator. Knowledge of the relevant legislative policies that govern the public TVET colleges, must be computer literate with a valid driver’s license and SACE Registratered member; Understanding the functions of the following programmes NC (V), Report 191), Occupational Programmes and working with SETAs among other stakeholders. ASSISTANT DIRECTOR: FINANCE MANAGER (Re-advertisement) Ref: EWC 07/2020 Minimum salary: R376 596 per annum plus benefits (Salary Level 9) Requirements: Diploma in Financial management or any other qualification in Finance; 4 years appropriate experience in assets management in the public sector; Knowledge of GRAP statements, PFMA and CET will be an added advantage. Duties: Assist with preparation of annual financial statements. Direct supervision and review of reconciliations (bank, suppliers, debtors, payroll suspense and petty cash). Assist College with audit queries raised by both internal and external auditors. Responsible for the PMDS of the relevant staff members. Manage assets management system and processes and report to CFO; Perform reconciliation of assets register with financial system; Write Bi-annual reports after audits of physical assets and any other delegated duties.
