It is an overarching body that coordinates the six Councils for the Built Environment Professions - Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Engineering, Property Valuers, Project and Construction Management, and Quantity Surveying - for instilling good conduct within these professions, transforming them and advising the South African government on Built Environment related issues. RESEARCH INTERN The Council for the Built Environment (CBE), located in Menlyn, Pretoria, has the above position available for immediate appointment. The period of appointment is seven (7) months. Purpose: Assist with instrument design, data collection, data capturing/consolidation of information and basic report writing in respect of 13 Annual Performance Plan targets.

It is the applicant’s responsibility to have foreign qualifications evaluated by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA). Applicants must possess qualifications and a good academic record of 60% and above in any of the fields of study listed in relation to the CBE’s operations and administration.
