Entry Requirements • Valid South African ID. • Relevant post matric qualification obtained from a recognized institution of higher learning. • Applicants must not have participated in previous SETA sponsored internship programmes. • Applicants must not have been previously permanently employed. • Previous work experience such as vocational work is welcome but it is not a requirement. • A detailed Curriculum Vitae • Certified copies of the identity document • Certified copies of qualifications • Motivation Letter QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS • Grade 12 Certificate and a post-school qualification (ND Business Management/Project Management/ B Admin/ BA/Social Sciences/ ND / BTech/degree in Office Administration/ Accounting / Public Administration/ Business Administration/ ND management assistant/ administration) or equivalent. The following documents should be attached: • A detailed Curriculum Vitae specifying which internship is being applied for. Please ensure that this is clearly indicated on the subject line of your email. • Certified copies of the identity document • Certified copies of qualifications • Motivation Letter Intern Job profile • Handle correspondence and enquiries relating to the Unit • Maintain the units records and files • Prepare and handle documentation for the units reports • Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes • Update relevant databases • Organise workshops and other events and functions for the unit • Providing administrative support to the co-ordination of the units budgeting process • Assist with information gathering for the preparation for audits • Maintain relevant data • Gather data and material for monthly and quarterly reports • Support the administration of Provincial Office processes • Performing all functions as delegated by the units Manager The closing date for all applications is Friday, 5 March 2021 at 16.30pm All enquiries must be emailed to louises@ceta.co.za / bukiwex@ceta.co.za The CETA reserves the right not to make an appointment.
