Reporting non-compliance and taking corrective actions to maintain compliance. Contributing to the optimization and continuous improvement of parking operation processes. Providing input into the budget planning process. Overseeing cash flow processes and allocating resources accordingly. Conducting daily reconciliation of revenues. Organizing, scheduling, and supervising subordinates' activities within processes or services to meet efficiency and quality objectives. Maintaining stable employee relations by managing conflicts and fostering a positive work environment. Engaging in project execution. Cultivating, supporting, and sustaining healthy, diverse internal and external relationships to achieve organizational goals. Technical Skills and Experience The following skills and experience, or their equivalents, are required: A Higher Certificate is essential. Two years of operational business experience is essential. One year of supervisory operational business experience is advantageous. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. A Code B Driver’s License. SENIOR MANAGER ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE Gauteng, South Africa JOB DESCRIPTION Key Performance Area - Performance Outputs � Architecture Develop, maintain and oversee the implementation of effective IT roadmaps that are aligned to business needs. Translate business requirements into economical, efficient and effective IT strategies and roadmaps. Define and maintain the overall governance framework for Enterprise Architecture. Translate business requirements that support enterprise architectures (business process architecture, information/data architecture, application architecture, and technology architecture).
